Dr Manoj Pawar completed his graduation (MBBS) from Rajarshi Chhatrapati Shahu Maharaj Govt. Medical College, Kolhapur. After graduation, he served the rural areas of Kolhapur as a medical officer for 1 year. After completing his post graduation in General Surgery from B.J. Govt. Medical College and Sassoon General Hospitals, Pune, Dr Pawar worked as an Assistant Professor in Kolhapur. He has completed super-specialization in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery from the prestigious Grant Govt Medical college and Sir J.J. Group of hospitals, Mumbai. He also holds DNB degree in Plastic surgery from National Board of examination, New Delhi. After super-specialisation, Dr Pawar invested his 4 years working as a Plastic surgeon in Sassoon hospital Pune. This gave him a wonderful opportunity to not only sharpen his skills, but to also serve the needy population. He has a keen interest in academics and during this period he presented his work in national conferences, published an article in reputed plastic surgery journal and has authored chapters in reputed textbooks of Plastic Surgery. Dr Manoj Pawar is a board certified plastic and cosmetic surgeon qualified from the finest and reputed medical colleges of India. He has a vast experience of 13 years in the surgical specialty. Dr Manoj Pawar is well versed in routine and advanced plastic, cosmetic and reconstructive surgery procedures. His primary areas of interest and specialization are gynaecomastia correction in males, body contouring procedures like abdominoplasty (tummy tuck) and liposuction, breast augmentations (breast implants) and reductions as well as breast lifts. he has special interests in hand injuries burns and post burn deformities. He can manage all types of nerve and vascular injuries of limbs, cut and crush injuries of hand and forearm, facial bone fractures (mandible, maxilla, orbit), rhinoplasty, facial aesthetic surgery, skin grafting, diabetic foot ulcers management and creation of A.V. Fistula.
